FAQ

  • We create most of our own designs for our apparel. A customer may ask to have something replicated and at that time we will investigate the design/image and see if it is allowed (copyright laws). If we cannot replicate, we offer to use the original image as inspiration and make a one-of-a-kind image. Customer requests are always on a case-by-case basis.

    All our additional items (jewelry/wood/metal/etc.) are unique and designed by us.

  • We make everything in our studio, in California. We try to purchase all our material from companies located and working in the United States however we do not trace back where every item originated.

    EX: A garment like a T-shirt is most often made in another country. However, we order our apparel from a business that has a USA location. Our DTF partner is also based in the US and completes all of their prints in California.

  • Our business uses Gilden as our go-to-brand as it is a great quality for a great cost to our customers. Our go-to t-shirts are the Gilden Soft-Style brand, however when a color and/or size is not available, our next best available Gilden shirt is the Unisex Classic Tee which is pre-shrunk as well.

    Our focus is to make our customers happy and offer a great product. If you are looking for a different style or brand let us know and we will try to find something that meets all of your needs and stays within your budget.

  • Apparel and beanies/hats have a typical turnaround  time of 7-10 business days. Often, we can get these items out sooner than that, however we give a guarantee of 7-10 business days to allow for any additional apparel or material we may not have in stock and need to order to complete an order.

    Regarding any custom orders for wood / jewelry/ metal/ etc., we discuss time frames with the customer when going through the design process. Custom orders can become design and labor intensive and because of this we will not give a blanket-time guarantee.

    Ex: A pair of custom earrings may only take 1-2 weeks between designing, making, curing and packaging. However, a custom wood cutting board or table can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month depending on size, type of wood requested, curing time of resin (if applicable).  

    Additionally, our time frames are only guaranteed for our work and getting the product to the appropriate mailing facility. We cannot guarantee the timing of the final product once it is received at the facility (USPS / UPS/ FedEx).

  • We do not refund or accept returns for custom orders. We work closely with our customers on Custom Orders to ensure that they are receiving exactly what they want. We will only offer a refund if there is an error with your merchandise that is clearly our businesses fault (i.e.: Order a Small and we send a Medium/ The wrong image is used on your order/There is a defect in the shirt). We work with our customers to first rectify the issue. If a corrected item is not acceptable or available, as the customer, you would need to mail the product back to our studio and we would issue you a refund.

    The only time we accept a return is if there is an error on our end. Due to our products being primarily custom orders, we do not offer returns currently. If we have decided to issue a refund due to our error, then we would have the customer mail the defective item back to our studio and would issue a refund as soon as the package is received on our end.

  • We do offer discounts on large/bulk apparel orders. We offer 10% off on orders of 50+ orders. 15% on 100+ orders.

    If you are looking to do a large wholesale or personal business order (i.e.: a Real Estate agent who purchases 100 magnets) we will work with you to offer a discounted price on a bulk order.

  • Yes, we can (most often) put our designs either on other colored apparel and/or change the color of the image itself. If you would like to purchase one of our already created designs on a different color item or change an existing image to another color, please go to the “Custom Order” tab and complete the form. Under the message section you can put the name of the shirt/crew/hoodie that you want from our site and state the change(s) you would like it on. We will reach out and confirm the changes and then invoice you for the updated item.

    CHANGING THE COLOR OF THE SHIRT AND/OR THE COLOR(S) OF THE IMAGE WILL NOT CHANGE THE ORIGINAL PRICE. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CUSTOM ORDER FPRICE IF THE DESIGN IS LISTED ON OUR SITE ALREADY.

  • Currently we have our products on our website www.marraicollective.com , and you can find us on Facebook, Instagram, where we often showcase our items and have links to our website. We also work with local stores in Redding, CA and can often find our items in stores at different times of the year. We will put the locations on our website when we are doing any collaborations with local stores. We also attend festivals/fairs on the West Coast, and you can find out which locations we will be attending that season on this website and our social media pages as well.

  • Most of our business come from custom orders which are often not local, so pick-up does not work for the majority of our customers. However, if you are a local business or customer (Redding CA) we would be happy to discuss with you additional delivery options that would be more cost effective.

  • Yes, we can ship to other Countries, however due to high shipping cost and differences in price depending on where items are sent, we request that customers reach out to us through our “contact us” site and we will get you an exact dollar amount for your requested order.

    • non-chlorine bleach only when necessary

    • To iron: inside out / low or cool setting / never iron over the print

    • Wipe with a damp cloth

    • Do not submerge in water

    • Do not use chemicals on wooden items

    • If necessary, use mild soap and wet cloth, pat dry immediately.

    • Hand wash ONLY - not dishwasher or microwave safe.

    • If necessary, use mild soap and wet cloth, pat dry immediately to avoid spots.

    • Do not use abrasive material to wash or wipe metal items as this can scratch the material.
